DAN’S Other Constituents

With so many private clients, it’s impossible to say who Dan really works for; you or his clients?

For over thirty years Dan Coffey has managed a successful law firm and  a number of small businesses including Qwik Lube, car rentals, real estate, and the Alaska Aces.  Private clients Dan listed on his APOC disclosure include dozens of liquor stores, bars, and restaurants in Anchorage. 

Many of these businesses, especially liquor stores and restaurants are heavily regulated by the Municipality and depend on the Assembly for permits and licenses. If you need a permit or license from the Municipality to open a small business in Anchorage, you will have to look real hard to find a lawyer more experienced in these matters than Dan Coffey. 

The real question is; can Dan effectively represent his midtown constituents on the Assembly and all of these private businesses at the same time?
